Each congressional district needs 3 "delegate candidates" and 3 "alternate delegate candidates". If you are already active in Meet up, organizing and participating in events this is just taking THAT to the next level. Once appointed, now the marching, the table events, the voter registration rallies are specifically to get Ron Paul the WIN in YOUR district.

To be a delegate:
1. Register Republican
2. Vote in the Primary Feb. 5. To vote in the Primary you must be registered Republican.
3. If he wins the nomination, you will have to go to the Republican National Convention at your own cost. 1 week off of work, pay for your own hotel. I would suggest meet ups fund raise to support the delegates in your groups especially if the delegate is willing to do this but just can't afford to go to the Convention.

This is a noble effort. It makes all this marching and rallying even more important because now its defined into getting voters, in your neighborhood educated about this great man. Jeff Greenspan is asking for supporters to email him and request appointment as a delegate candidate in their district.

It was a successful event by any measure. We were given a goal and regardless of the time short or long, we achieved that goal.
