Sheeple is shorter, catchy, and most people understand it right away.

It's not a good idea to call someone directly a sheeple. They will get turned off pretty fast.

They may get offended but it sticks with them anyways. They may protest but down the line they privately wonder if they are being a sheople :cool:. Not a good tactic if you are trying to convince them of something immediately though.

It's counterproductive, and it reflects poorly on us.
