Yeah, its another school thing. I have to list some important writings from the years 1608-1735. I would like to throw in a few libertarian things but I can't seem to find any from that period.

Its even older than what he wanted. It's posted HERE on the RPF. Do a search on "Discourse". ;) It's often considered by many to be the first major libertarian essay.
