What in your personal opinion is the biggest infringement upon state power?

The slow take over of States funding through big "grants" (with many strings attached) so the federal government can control, education, the roads, and more.

The War on Drugs springs to mind. Here we have states that have specifically said "medical marijuana is legal in our state", and the DEA is raiding them like feudal lords.

1) Disarming the populace
2) Military draft
3) Martial Law
4) Fiat currency
5) Not having an income tax but saying there is one
