This is exactly what we don't want to happen. The government can barely schedule a vote on a trillion dollar spending bill. Name one government program which has been a success on the level of Apple or Microsoft... and they've had budgets that were 100x higher than both of those companies combined.

Why would anyone think that they can control banks better than private industry?
