I hope :)

Terry Shiavo... I believe it was murder. When exactly did she say it was ok to end her life?

The entire United States has Alzheimer's it seems. "United, not divided, we stand."

quote from Dead Fred in the article:

"Debates are important, but let's don't let the tail wag the dog here. Standing up there 10 in a row, you know, like a bunch of seals waiting for someone to throw you the next fish is not necessarily the best way to impart your information to the American people," Thompson said. "I'm not above acting like a seal every once in a while and waiting for the next fish. I just don't want to do it all the time."

Do it all the time -- someone remind Dead Fred that he hasn't done it, hasn't been doing it! Doing this one wouldn't be "doing it all the time".

This guy is proving that he is a space cadet.

Again, in in September, out in November! Way to go, Fred.

I don't think he has alzheimers. I think it was the chemo from the cancer.

Agreed. He needs to spend the last couple years he has left with his family rather than running. He really is starting to look like hell.

He's really not running for himself. His wife is building an organization that she hopes to take over. I kind of feel sorry for old Fred. His most recent pictures look like he has lost a lot of weight and he just looks like a shadow of himself.

Man, based on what I've read the past couple of days, it is hard to see Fred lasting past the end of September as a viable candidate. This guy is a goober.

I'm really disappointed in the candidates in this election this is worst than 2004! I dont see what everyone sees in Hillary, Obama or Fred.

That's hardcore. . . But it made me laugh. . . :)

Current image problems aside, Fred does suck badly. I hope he stays in for awhile and people donate money to him. The people that are attracted to his kind of crap are the same kind that are giving money to Romney and Giuliani. I feel they are a lost cause, how can they see the past 7 years as anything but disaster? Why would you want to continue that?

Ron has more appeal across a wider range of people. Liberitarians, Goldwater republicans, constitutionalists, conspiracy theorists, people concerned with illegal immigration, the anti-war crowd, the states' rights people, hard money economists, anti-government crowd, home schoolers, fiscal conservatives, people that hate the drug war, etc. We just have to keep plugging away.

"If you build it, they will come." :)

I have heard that he isn't very quick on his feet and would get clobbered in a debate, which is why he isn't doing one. Essentially Fred isn't running, his wife is. That's what I've been told.
