-do not use public roads
-do not use public land
-do not interact with the government in any form
-do not oppress others
-acknowledge private property

Why can I not opt out of the government?

If your talking about federal you may have a point. The mere fact that you own property however, means that your state can tax it. Therefore, you pay for public schools which are involved with the Feds etc..
