Yep, another gem slipped into the bailout / rescue package!

I bet they could save a ton of money by buying used shirts from laid off UPS workers...
But knowing how this usually works, the contract will undoubtedly go to private prisions where inmates who make 15-25 cents an hour will use cloth made in China and the bulk of the profits will go to a handful of investors.
Well, that is how a lot of military clothing is made now, so it makes sence.
