I saw this book while in a book store and thought I would share with you all. The insert read something like this:
While 200,00 soldiers fought and died during The American Revolutionary War, New York was the center of make shift prisons, holding cells, prison ships, and other such places where POW's where held captive and tortured. Three times as many revolutionaries were held captive and died in prisons under the hands of the British. This is thier story.
