What do you know? He has read Orwell. :D

He's right, too. This isn't "bipartisan."

If McCain would have opposed the bailout, he would be President today.

Someone please tell the how far into the video. I've seen enough of McCain over that past year to last a lifetime and don't want to watch more than necessary.

Fuck John McCain. He's a traitor to Vietnam vets, a traitor to the men fighting in Iraq, and a traitor to the taxpayer here at home.

God why does he sound so nervous?
He ran for President once, he was in the limelight. Talking in front of Senate should be a cakewalk for him.

I agree. So many people were waiting for him to do it too, and it just never came.

Posted on youtube:

You know what's the most remarkable thing about the election of Obama? 178 new fiscal conservatives in the house and 40 in the senate. It's a miracle! For the last 8 years, all these politicians were running up the national debt, sending hundreds of billions to banks, increasing our medicare obligations, doubling the department of education, etc.

Funny how the only party speaking for any kind of small government or personal liberty is usually the one OUT of power.

The Ticket for the gop in 2012 is Johnson/Paul ;) .If the gop doesn't give me this option? I really do not see another option left in the gop that could possibly come close to filling Ron Pauls shoes.

The way things are looking I just might fight for a Ventura/Paul indy run if the gop doesn't wise up soon. I would feel more comfortable voting outside the 2 failed parties...

The best option i see is a Johnson/Paul ticket or a Paul/Johnson ticket for the GOP in 2012. i do not see myself donating or being active for the gop unless they give me a reason to;)

i just realized it has been 4 elections now i haven't voted for a d or r;) for Prez!

If McCain would have opposed the bailout, he would be President today.

This is exactly what I was going to say.

But he would still be pushing for more spending now, so we would have been screwed that way.

If McCain would have opposed the bailout, he would be President today.

And the FISA bill, and The Patriot ACT, and the war in Iraq, and his amnesty bill, and his McAin/Feingold bill...shall we continue?

But then we would just end up with another Ron Paul loon. :D

What a joke! I don't believe any of these Republican jokers. They would be lapping up the Stimulus and everything else if it were McCain or Bush proposing it instead of Obama in the President's chair. They are not conservatives or libertarians. They are just pandering for votes from both groups I just cited and lying through their teeth.
