This kid is smart and has his own hidden camera in his car. The kid even starts telling the cop his rights eventually, but the cop doesn't care about them at all and says he'll make up his own reasons why the kid should be thrown in jail and that it will work. (The cop basically was making bets with the kid that he would win and the kid would lose)

Very scary stuff. The cop does lighten up slightly once he finds out he's being taped! HA! I might get a camera for my car.

He's on unpaid leave, this occurred about a forty-minute drive from where I live.

"I should take you to jail right now just to prove I am right"

I wish I were in that situation. Go ahead, take me to jail. See how much longer you are employed.

This cop should DEFINITELY lose his badge. Zero tolerance for police tyranny.

You think that's bad,... I just watched a video of the Capitol cops breaking a protester/preacher's leg, they were relentless (until one of them noticed that they were being filmed)

It's a sad God da*n day in America when you need to get a movie camera and carry it with you so you don't get assalted by the VERY people that are paid to protect you.

THey usually don't get fired though. They get paid suspensions.

Ok that was horrible... This cop should be fired and maybe even go to jail for the threats and voilating his civil rights. I love how he says "I don't need a reason to pull you over."

By the way did everyone else hear the constant beeps?

Amendment II-B

Prevention of force and coercion by Government Agents, being necessary to the security of private Citizens, the right of the people to keep and bear Video Cameras, shall not be infringed.

Can we get this one ratified?

The great thing about technology is that it is putting power back into the hands of the citizen. I am starting to think about getting a camera installed in my car. I would of course use one that is small and can not be seen. Also have it hooked up to a cell phone to transmit data over the internet back to home to record a backup in case they find the camera.

Make sure you know your state laws about recording. I heard here in Pa were I live that a guy recorded a cop that pulled him over and the cop got him on charges on wire tapping 7 years in jail.

Crazy but ture.
