he better not use too many lines like this if he wants to keep the obamamaniacs on his side

they will "forgive" this one no doubt

actually his indiscretion is not as bad as the blago~dude, methinks. political patrons are indeedy political patrons.
i can sorta see how obama thought things would go smooth, but WHY did daschle
think he'd have smooth sledding?

The messiah does not make mistakes.... so this article must be mistaken about what the messiah has said.

wow. He's only been president for what, 2 weeks? We should keep a running account of all his apologies over the next four years.

do you have a way to organize that plan?
are you good with organizing bookmarks?
i think someone offers an online website bookmarking site.

I'm fearful as hell about what Obama will do over the next four years and his potential for being able to schmooze the left into all sorts of insanity. But dammit, it's nice to hear a president admitting an error rather than the bullshit justifications that Bush made for everything from Harriet Meir to Katrina, to the war in Iraq that killed over a million people.

I think you're criticizing the wrong thing. It's not about screwing up, everyone does, it's about taking responsibility for it and making it right. Time will tell with Obama.

anyone catch dan ackroyd's initial skit on SNL last nite??? i dearly wish i had a ready
merrie video clip even though its a vitriol satiric double-edged sword around the edges!

also i must happily add that democrats think the press conference went well,
and likewise g.o.p people are more critical of the same said press conference.

When it comes to Obama, to err is divine, but to forgive is human.

here is the clip http://www.mofopolitics.com/2009/02/15/snl-mocks-gop-dan-akroyd-guest-stars-21409/ this is pure satiric vitriol
we know that george w. bush doubled over the debt in its totality. we know the shakey financial
structure has sent good money after bad. even so, SNL is pitiless about the g.o.p leadership...
