During the campaign, some of the most impassioned pleas for us to vote for Ron Paul came from foreigners. They were so beautiful and eloquent, they often made me cry. I guess I didn't realize just how popular freedom really is. This just makes me work harder to spread the message.

As a Canadian, i can tell you that the reason anyone still respects America is for the "freedoms" that people still believe exist.

Those who wake up and realize that American isn't even that "free" anymore, begin to lose hope in the rest of the world. America is supposed to be the beacon for freedom, but it's gotten sick and that worries us on-lookers.

I love freedom... i love life, and i hate those who try to control it.

Ron Paul opened my eyes to the way the world works... I will live and die by the concept of "Freedom" thanks to the good Dr.

Yes, during the campaign I spent many hours in the local office, and there were so many people that came in and told us,many tales of life in the old country and their intent to try to keep it from happening here.

I believe that if Ron Paul would run again in 2012 he would get MANY more votes! Has anyone involved with the C4L heard whispers that he will run? If so, we better get crackin! Tones

Can you imagine the popularity of Youtube video's of Ron Paul speaking around the world? Can you imagine if he could get interviewed on local stations in other countries? It would help his "image" here if he did I think.

Are you sure about that? If the media would report "Ron Paul. The French love him.":)

I agree.

Well, Dr. Paul did emphasize Eastern Europe. Russia loves him, for sure, but that would be about the same headline. :)

yes, I could see all the positive PR now.

reporter: "well, after Ron Paul spoke in Iran Ahmadenijhad publicly voiced his support for the texas congressman because of him allowing Iran to develop nukes."

reporter: "in an unrelated report, Ron Paul is supported by Radical islamofascist terrorists, and back to you Wolf"

Any reason it took almost three years to get the footage on YouTube?

Anyhow, that's great. I wonder if Dr. Paul converted him, and that's why he's anti global warming and anti-EU now. :D

TonesThis is still third hand, and no more credible, but at the recent Texas Liberty Organizational Convention held in Houston, I asked some of the organizers of the event and their report was the same as we've already heard. The decision is still open and should be made later this year.

I'll tell you right now. They'll do everything in their power to make sure he doesn't make it on air.

Time to get people in places to make it happen. The debates is what makes Ron releveant. It's what kick started it. It's what will again. They know this. Let's get to work :)

Get people in places?

If you want sound money, you'll have to give some sound advice.

In the media. If at all possible. If not, try substitute the media. ;)

Sound advice.... it's pre-emptive advice.

Even if Dr. Paul is interviewed, it could be like the Larry King interview or the John Stossel interview where they just don't air it.

There was that guy who did the google analysis, Tv producer.. I guess we could support BreaktheMatrix a whole lot more. The youtubers, to produce stuff on a full time basis, or be hired for it. (Cable stuff) :)

I wondered why Dr. Paul mentioned "Auburn, Alabama" in his speech. I thought it was the first place that popped into his head.

The Mises Institute is there, it befuddled me at first also... but it is the perfect place. Mises chose it, a good choice after I have met people in Alabama.
