Mine is when he gave a speech at the 1996 National Presidential Libertarian Debates on C-Span:

"Unfortunately, millions of Americans really think there is a law requring them to pay incomes taxes when there is no such law. When Americans believe there is no law requiring them to pay income taxes they will join the 10-15 million who no longer are paying and filing income taxes. I don't pay incomes and millions of my friends.. Well not millions(Crowd Laughs).

The IRS says that volunatary compliance is 82 percent effective. If the Libertarian Party would adopt my platform that paying taxes is completely voluntary then we can get it down to 75 percent and under 75 percent it's going to collapse. It's going to collapse eventually so don't be the last guy on your block to stop paying income taxes. (Crowd gets up and cheers)

That would have been a great inaugural speech.:D Do you have any others that you like or is this your favorite one?
