What does he mean? Um, dunno.

The military has little to no choice because Obama is their CiC (commander-in-chief, fyi). I guess he's saying he's going to make some choices for them and that they probably won't like

Soldiers swear an oath to protect and defend the Constitution. I want to believe that our best hope against tyranny from the feds lies in our military. I know they didn't rebel against Bush but I can still hope, right?

I think he is referring to the fact that they will have to choose between serving the commander-in-chief or the Constitution.;)
