The point of this list is to get an idea of how many current members of Congress are a friend to liberty or those that have shown potential to be converted. I'll update the list as more are suggested.

Proven:

2) Jeff Flake (R): U.S. House of Representatives, Arizona-District 6
3) Dennis Kucinich (D): U.S. House of Representatives, Ohio-District 10
4) Louie Gohmert (R): U.S. House of Representatives, Texas-District 1
5) Alan Grayson (D): U.S. House of Representatives, Florida-District 8
6) Jim Bunning (R): U.S. Senator, Kentucky
7) Walter Jones (R): U.S. House of Representatives, North Carolina-District 3
8) Jim DeMint (R): U.S. Senator, South Carolina
9) Jim Webb (D): U.S. Senator, Virginia
10) Tom Coburn (R): U.S. Senator, Oklahoma
11) Tom Periello (D): U.S. House of Representatives, Virginia-District 5

No Chance:

Kucinich means well, but he is a socialist. He likes to bail out companies (see: big 3 car bail out).

He loves redistributing income.
