Aravoth's video was made prior to December when Youtubers could use Warner's Music on videos made. Now Warner has refused to renew the contract and now is censoring videos uploaded legally under the previous contract. Therefore, Aravoth's videos were uploaded completely within the guidelines of Youtube and were legal under the contract of Warner and Youtube.

Aravoth should fight this.

How exactly would one fight this?

Is it really worth going to court over a youtube video?

Also, my next video is using a song from a popular tv show. Should i reconsider?

Wouldn't have the exposure.

I wouldn't want to see a lawsuit. Such an action would probably cost Aravoth thousands, which against a huge corporation would be a waste.
