By treaty (the supreme law of the land), namely the United Nations Convention Against Torture, the US is required to investigate the Bush admin for war crimes and torture.

Or so says Manfred Nowak (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Manfred_Nowak), an Austrian human rights lawyer.

Heh, I doubt Bush will be turned over since he could implicate a number of Congressmen and Senators as well.

Sorry but screw the UN, the supreme law of my land is the Constitution. Bush and his administration should be tried for treason and war crimes HERE. CSPAN ratings will skyrocket, and it will be the #1 you tube of all-time.

How in the the hell would the UN get Bush in front of them anyway?
The US would never comply.
