I wish Ron would just lay the gauntlet down when they ask "what is the solution" and just say "Look. Things have been inflated beyond what their fair values are. All of us are going to have to knuckle-down and grind our way through these debts. It is going to be painful. Any politician who says otherwise is lying to you. The only way we reach an endpoint and have a clean and honest system is to take some foul-tasting medicine. How do you like them apples?"
