How about a law that requires the sound of a toilet flushing be broadcast across loudspeakers in Washington every time a moron passes a retarded piece of legislation, in order to symbolize our wasted tax dollars.
What we really need is a law that limits congress to 3 hours a year to pass new laws. The rest of the year they'll be allowed to repeal existing laws.

This idiot doesn't realize how easy it would be to remove a *click* mechanism from a cell phone. Being the moron that he is, he'll probably introduce the Tamperproof Cell Phones Act.
