AllOverMedia (http://www.allovermedia.com/our-network.html) sells ad space above urinals and in stalls at restuarants, bars, etc. Would this be a good place to advertise C4L? Here is an old rate card (http://www.aomiowa.com/mediakits/AOM%20DM%20indoor%20.pdf) from 2005 showing these prices for Des Moines, IA; I haven't contacted them for updated rates:

Would this be an effective advertisement medium? I like the idea of stall advertising since people have a bit more time to read it and think about the ad, but I'm not sure if a couple of minutes in the bathroom at a restaurant is going to translate into any additional traffic to the C4L site.

Is this too expensive for what we'd get out of it? Rates may actually be lower now since a lot of businesses' advertising budgets have been slashed.

i support this idea. What else are they gonna do? Total captive audience = MOST bang for the buck.

Ehhhh... I think Ron Paul (as with anything "political") may evoke enough negative emotion out of someone (or some people) to the point that they'd deface the ad within a week. Probably wrong... I don't know much about how people feel about political messages while in the "facilities".

No serious campaign would consider this idea.

This sounds like a worthwhile experiment, at the very least, and Iowa is a good place to start. If tried exclusively in Iowa for a couple months, C4L should be able to detect whether it boosted C4L membership in that state. If it does, then keep it going and spread it to New Hampshire, South Carolina, etc.
