AllOverMedia (http://www.allovermedia.com/our-network.html) sells ad space above urinals and in stalls at restuarants, bars, etc. Would this be a good place to advertise C4L? Here is an old rate card (http://www.aomiowa.com/mediakits/AOM%20DM%20indoor%20.pdf) from 2005 showing these prices for Des Moines, IA; I haven't contacted them for updated rates:

Would this be an effective advertisement medium? I like the idea of stall advertising since people have a bit more time to read it and think about the ad, but I'm not sure if a couple of minutes in the bathroom at a restaurant is going to translate into any additional traffic to the C4L site.

Is this too expensive for what we'd get out of it? Rates may actually be lower now since a lot of businesses' advertising budgets have been slashed.

It's better to spend money on targeted ads, IMO. Only a fraction of the overall population is libertarian and only a fraction of those are active/looking to get active in the movement.

I would suggest just leaving RP-esque reading materials behind. :)

All the ads I have ever seen in these locations have been defaced to the point of being unreadable.. In theory it seems like a no brainer. In reality less so.
