The elite want to redefine what it means to be human.

For example, a Switzerland laboratory is working to decode the human brain, by recording the electrical charge from each cell in one part of a rat's brain, then storing that inventory of electrical charges on a computer farm in an attempt to fully replicate this portion of the rat's brain. Ultimately, the computer farm will store all the responses from this rat brain segment, effectively emulating that part of the brain on a computer system.

These guys are freaking copying the brain, cell by cell.... they won't need us pretty soon. Relevant links:

The documentary also refers to Ted Kaczynski's Manifesto, which was an effort to educate the population on the negative potential of such technological advances. I suggest people read through that document, which is available here (http://en.wikisource.org/wiki/Industrial_Society_and_Its_Future).
