EDIT:

People canīt you really understand that you MUST take a look at different kinds of documents to make your own arguments better

If you allways just take a look at the documents you like, you will sound only brainwashed....

Oh, i guess that Ron Paul is also preaching pure marxist propaganda on that film...yeah right...

Disagree.

ZA makes some good points, but it preaches socialism.

Not so new, but I agree it's a must see. It does a great job of attacking the Fed, and the confessions of the economic hitman was very interesting. I don't agree with their solutions (make it happen on a small scale before anyone can take them seriously), but it was very professionally done and it makes you think. I'm a pretty hardcore Libertarian but hearing different view points is still interesting - for example, I've found several of Michael Moore's documentaries to be worth watching even though I don't agree with his proposals.

Spot on. The only thing I would say is; it makes no good points.

The only reason, they put some stuff in there that appears "good", is because the most effective propaganda is half truths.

Obvious facts, then mixed in with pure bullshit.

Just like David Icke - some good stuff then, ZOMG there are reptiles controlling the elite. Pure psy-ops.

Addendum = marxist bullshit, it is anarcho-communism.

The Death Wish of the Anarcho-Communists by Murray Rothbard (http://mises.org/story/2197)

The fact that the abandonment of rationality and economics in behalf of "freedom" and whim will lead to the scrapping of modern production and civilization and return us to barbarism does not faze our anarcho-communists and other exponents of the new "counter-culture." But what they do not seem to realize is that the result of this return to primitivism would be starvation and death for nearly all of mankind and a grinding subsistence for the ones remaining.

Amazing... the NWO's goal of depopulation, being advocated by brain dead retards who think they are fighting the nwo.

Addendum crowd is a psy-ops operation. Peter Joesph - grade A douchebag.

Zeitgeist Addendum?

Pure Marxist, New-Age/Theosophist propaganda!

It mixes some truths with many untruths;

It uses advanced CGI to pummel the viewer with information in a snappy, believable manner, however it's mostly nonsense;

It picks out Christianity as its target of vitriolic attack on religion but offers a New-Age/Theosophist religion in its place;

It embraces the Marxist distaste for free markets & free enterprise to the extreme of completely doing away with money;

It subscribes to an extreme view of moral relativism in which evil does not exist;

And it preaches almost word for word some of the more extreme sociological beliefs of the Theosophist movement. If you know the roots and practitioners of Theosophy (e.g. Blatvasky & Alice Bailey of Lucifer/Lucis Trust), you'll know this is noooot good!

The first Zeitgeist movie says that Jesus was a fictional construct and simply a version of a myth that has been told in many cultures and many religions, e.g. Horus, Mithra, Krishna, Dionysus, e.t.c

However most of the sources it uses which can be traced to the original source are all post-Christian dating back to around the 7th century long after the ascension of Christ, and after the New Testament was written and circulated into a lot of areas including some of the regions were these pagan mythologies originated from. So even if one were to give the claims of the movie credence, what it really says about what is derivative of the other is that these pagan mythologies are trying to gain some legitimacy by imitating Christianity and not the other way around.

Bottom-line? It's a deceptive, highly schizophrenic movie.

Qwerty, a lot of people put 5 seconds of Ron Paul in their film, in order to give it credibility to our audience. It doesn't mean the movie is not a piece of propaganda trash.

Oh, i guess that Ron Paul is also preaching pure marxist propaganda on that film...yeah right...While I agree with this sentiment, I wouldn't necessarily call something with a different outlook a "must see". Calling something a "must see" indicates that it's something I ought to be excited about. The first half of Addendum is a good watch and hits some great points about monetary policy. But then the movie spins out of control into this bizarre one-world idea. As though the solution to a monetary system trending towards one-world dominance is better substituted by... a one-world dominance. It's probably the most shocking plot twist I've ever seen in any movie.

BTW, using the  smiley at the end of so many of your posts, just looks like you have sour grapes.

Allmost every document is packed with propaganda, but IT DOESN`T MAKE IT A BAD DOCUMENT TO WATCH.

You can USUALLY LEARN FROM THE DOCUMENT EVEN IF YOU DISAGREE WITH IT.

If you look just the documents you love, you will be very bad objector. When you are trying to recruit people for our movement you really MUST BE open to hear also what the opponents are saying. You can never be succesfull if you just talk but never listen. If you donīt let anyone challenge you or your belifs, you will only look like a fundamentalist...

Maybe you now get the point what iīm trying to tell...

There will always be greed and envy. A Cashless society will never work because someone somewhere has something you want. Sure anything that can be man created can be duplicated... but what about something created by mother nature? You own something that was created by mother nature that people consider "pretty" how can you duplicate it?

Qwerty, I'VE SEEN IT and IT IS A PROPAGANDA PIECE OF TRASH. So no, I'm not going to recommend it to anyone. Especially, someone who doesn't have enough foundation to realize the BS in this documentary is suggesting a very dangerous solution.

Get it?

That's exactly how propaganda works. They put some good information in there to deceive and then fill the rest, especially their "solution", with a bunch of claptrap. And NO, it is not a good thing for people to watch propaganda. Sorry that you hate it, but that's the way it is.

First itīs not pure propaganda like many people have allready said in this thread.

So you think that people in this board donīt have intelligence to separate then truth and bs from that film ?

There are actually LOT OF GOOD KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE MONETARY POLICY, about the fed about debt and that economy hitman thing is also very interesting.

Feel free to have your thoughts, iīm not here to change your views. So i rather continue this conversation with little bit more open-minded people. Who can actually say something else about the film than "ITīS JUST PROPAGANDA", cause that kind of conversation wonīt lead anywhere.

I still say you must take a look at the different views to improve your to own view.

lol.

For the umpteenth time, I WATCHED IT. That's how I know it is full of BS! And no, it's not a good thing for people to watch who do not have a good foundation; else, they might fall for this one-world claptrap.

OMG...

So just ignoring the enemys propaganda just makes it go away ?

No you must take a look what they are saying then improve your own arguments.

Ignoring wonīt do anything good or just telling people that itīs pure proganda. You must be able to tell people also WHY IT`S PROPANGA if you want to be taken seriously...

Our principles weren't established as they were because of some claptrap put out by a bunch of globalist pukes. They were established because they were the recipe for freedom.

And if you would do it, you can allways educate them yourself before telling them to watch it.

Our principles weren't established as they were because of some claptrap put out by a buncy of globalist pukes. They were established because they were the recipe for freedom.

you really donīt want to hear what iīm saying...

IF YOU WANT TO CONVINCE PEOPLE FROM DIFFERENT IDELOGY TO OUR SIDE, YOU MUST TAKE A LOOK AT THEIR BELIFS TO IMPROVE YOUR ARGUMENTS AGAINST THEIR ARGUMENTS. JUST TELLING THEM THAT "I HAVE RECIPE FOR FREEDOM" WONīT HELP CONVINCE ANYONE.

LIKE I SAID IF YOU JUST TALK AND DONīT LISTEN WHAT YOUR OPPONENT SAY, YOU LOOK LIKE A FUNDAMENTALIST. AND THAT WONīT DO GOOD FOR OUR CAUSE, THATīS FOR SURE.

You've already been told in this thread and frankly, this Addendum has been hashed and rehashed in this forum already, multiple times. Do a search and enlighten yourself.

I don't know what else to say to you, because your argument is not rational.

Carry on.

Qwerty, mate - don't make me slam your irrational fallacies into the abbyss where they belong.

Get a grip on reality, get an understanding on Austrian Economics and even then you'll see a fair chunk of even their bits on the FED and monetary policy are WRONG, and FALLACIOUS.

Search: zeitgeist addendum on these forums, and you'll see a myriad of threads, all with insane emotional and irrational comments made by zeitgeist supporters. I suggest you read the threads, because you're making the same flawed arguments. :)
