I just find it funny how the Chief Justice can decide that the 4th amendment doesn't apply when police make "mistakes" and accidently illegally search your residence when they don't have a warrant to do so, yet he doesn't know how to administer the oath of office properly. Shit I could've done it.

Weird... For some reason, I remember Obama responding with "do it" after Justice Roberts said "ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.".


Must be getting the talked-about libertarian delusion. Where's my foil?
