View Full Version : Can we hold the Fed Chairman, Treasury secretary in contempt/obstruction of justice?

They are and have chosen to refuse to testify on where this bailout money is going to. Now, even the Supreme Court has ruled that the 5th amendment does NOT apply to corporations and so Bernanke/Paulson cannot decide to refuse to testify as that would be obstruction of justice, would it not??

The problem is, who's going to convince the good ole boy's network to cooperate? They're all in it together, and the rule of law means nothing to them.

Can't the U.S. Congress be sued for delegating authority to a Central Bank, in violation of the U.S. Constitution??
