Public school is public school. I don't like it but they call the shots. Send some mail or call them and give them your two cents worth. I know I will. Might get them to see how stupid the decision is.

So we're surprised that the State is using it's gulag schools to subjugate the children?

What will your next discovery be? The State steals our money!?!

This is what happens when the government controls everything... they do their best to control public opinion as well.

I presume pro-Obama comments are allowed?

I actually work in the public school system and I am quite familiar with how politically correct everything has to be. I am also aware of how dumbed down the schools are and how sheepish the state wants these children to be. However, this is something totally new. I have never heard of a school placing a ban on expressing your thoughts about the President. This is a new level of dangerous in my opinion.

Whether you are for Obama or not this should make every American cringe. Dissenting opinions are what built this nation. To stifle any speech the projects an unpopular view is wrong on all levels. Especially when it comes from a government ran school.
