1. Have the Palestinians pony up whatever spare cash they have. It won't be much, but they won't need much.
2. Take the money to Belgrade and pay Serbia to join. The Gaza Strip and the West Bank are now recognized by Serbia as Serbian territory.
3. Change all signs into the Cyrillic alphabet, fly the Serbian flag. Gaza, Ramallah, Nablus...all look Serbian. Rest of the world is now convinced that the Palestinian territories are part of Serbia.
4. Declare independence from Serbia. It doesn't really matter what for. The fact is that the Serbs have a long history of oppression and genocide against you. The international community will trip over each other to be the first nation to recognize your independence.
5. If Israel steps in and says that you are under their sovereignty, simply point out that Israel must be a part of Serbia as you are a part of Serbia. NATO immediately begins bombing Tel Aviv.
