7000 soldiers? I knew they did testing, but not that it was so widespread. What a hypocritical, sadistical outrage!


These type of tests on uninformed victims by the CIA are responsible for the often quoted "take some LSD and you'll jump out of a window thinking you can fly" story. The CIA drugged a man with massive doses of LSD without telling him. He jumped out of the window weeks later.
