Pretty much mandatory, since he was one of two congressmen to introduce the bill.

This is only his second term. He has to keep people happy until 3 terms when he can start getting the pension payouts.

It is kinda funny that he voted for the bailout -$350 Billion then for this +$2.5 Million to "save taxpayer dollars."
