The Pentagon spokesperson this afternoon was talking about a buildup of a weapons stockpile in Israel today.

Seems the Greeks had a problem with us using one of their ports to transfer the shipment and switch ships in one of their ports...

Now this pre-positioned stockpile, we are assured is a common practice in many countries around the world. It is also a common practice to allow the host country access to OUR weapons in OUR warehouse upon request... Now ain't that slicker than pig snot!

The spokesman did not know if the shipment was to replenish the supplies as some may have been used in some conflict in the region or if a decision had been made for whatever reason to build up the stockpile.

He further did not know if Israel had accessed the stockpile and would not comment if they had.

He also did not know and stated it was not their policy to comment about what was in that stockpile...

hhhhmmmmmm....

Thanks for the report. I saw the same Q&A session on CSPAN and was asking the same questions.

No youtube though.
