It's like asking, "Have you stopped beating your wife?" and if you start to say "No--" then the person cuts you off and is like, "Aha! So you beat your wife!" and if you say, "Yes--" they go, "Aha! So you used to beat your wife!", when what you really mean is, "No, I have never beaten my wife" or "Yeah I guess I've stopped because I never started." Schiff is trying to discuss the underlying assumptions this guy is making, and this dipshit just keeps saying,
