Fox News needs to cut the crap about today being a "great day" on account of us commissioning a new Nimitz class aircraft carrier that we are naming after a Bush.

This is NOT a great day. Naming a massive weapon of war after a Bush only infuses more irony into the CLUSTERFUCK.

Don't you have to be dead before they name a ship or building after you? Also why are aircraft carriers named after people? Whatever happened to names like Intrepid, Midway, Enterprise, Oriskany, Yorktown, etc... it seems every new carrier nowadays is named after some politician?
