If we donate to that site, do we get our money back if he decides not to run?

....and can they invest our money in gold in the mean time so that when we do get the refund it's actually worth something??

"It's not 100% that I wouldn't do it."

Well... there's a possibility.

Schiff would be a powerful candidate to have in the Senate. He doesn't have Ron's many years in the congress, but (and all due respect to RP and his ability to deliver excellent speeches to his supporters) he is better at getting his points across and imposing his voice in the political discourse. And you know the two would probably end up appearing on TV together all the time...

It sounds to me like he would do it if the money was there.

He then went on to later say in the podcast that if Ron Paul couldn't do much in congress....what makes everybody think he would actually be able to do something the senate.

I guess he means introducing 400 bills and not passing any of them.

I don't have a problem with that. He's consistent and he's doing his job.

I think he means accomplish. I would disagree. Ron has accomplished A LOT by showing us the example in standing up for what he preached all these years in congress. That was what ultimately won us over. One guy who actually votes the way he talks.

In Congress. He said "in congress." And Schiff is correct. RP has accomplished absolutely nothing in congress except funneling shrimp subsidies to his district.
