Bah, only just saw this thread... We need some type of software to alert others when certain approved speakers are on-air. Then it could have a notification pop-up from the taskbar, or have a "status" window which shows, in realtime, which speakers are on which channel, updated with a small number of approved contributors. Radio shows could be included too.
