2/3 could still pass a non-constitutional bill through.

And unless Paul threatens to pack the courts - why would SCOTUS reverse itself?

He darn well should pack the courts with justices who properly understand the Constitution.

The next president has a chance of replacing Stevens and maybe Ginsberg due to old age. I wonder if that would be enough. There are some other old justices, but they may be able to hang on through another term at least.

I think a veto would be hard to override, in general. Especially if congress stays as polarized as they are now. hopefully they won't get frustrated enough to become unified! :p
