Ok, I know this is another one of those "unscientific" web "polls". But there is an interesting statistic on this site showing the affiliation of people who will be voting in the Republican primary and it looks like it might fairly reflect what might happen this year.

It shows 4 Democrats, 94 Republicans, 22 Independents, 14 Libertarians and 22 "Other".

That comes out to about 60% Republicans and 40% non-Republicans voting in the primary.

If we got just half of the non-Republicans and a small percentage of regular Republicans, under a split neo-con ticket, we'd be able to win this thing.
