Hey guys,
I need some help with FEC rules regarding advertisements, candidates, and parties. My boss is interested in setting up a marketing business which will essentially string together a number of high-traffic websites/blogs. Candidates or parties will be able to purchase a marketing campaign through our business which will increase the candidate/parties profile by effecting Google News results, Google/Yahoo/etc search results, and creating interest on social networking sites and the blogosphere.
So my question is: Are we going to run afoul of any FEC laws here?
This is important to our movement, as we're going to offer our services more cheaply to pro-liberty candidates. This isnt a startup business, this business already rakes in several million a year in the Internet Marketing industry.
