The Internet is a militarized weapon, develop by DARPA (http://www.darpa.mil/) in the 1950's, that
supplants natural inputs into human senses.... A tool for mass psychological
manipulation, that went through 40 years of simulations before it was unleashed
on civilian populations. The most important point being made in this
podcast is that we, the members of the public, make individual choices to use this
tool and independently decide upon our own inputs, just like the Rat pushing the
bar that simultaneously provides pleasure and pain.
