That clip is definitely in my Top 3 favorite clips of the 2008 campaign. I still remember watching it live and transitioning my support towards Mike Gravel. But that was before I even heard of Ron Paul.

Gravel was great in this debate. He made Hillary look like a turd with a smile and if you recall she started her decline in the polls soon afterwards. I think her hawkish attitude toward Iran hurt her, even thoughshe tried to play both sides. These smug "top tier" candidates were on the ropes whenever Gravel and Kucinich confronted them.

2nd is a bad moment in many peoples eyes, but paul really gives the best answer possible, and shows he will not back down from why he is in this thing.

i just hope 2012 will be better for him.
