Well in general it looks great, that was just the first thing that "popped out" so to speak.

I think it's the book she's holding. Maybe if you made the book a sort of light gray to contrast with the dress and/or make a border for the dress or something.

little more detail would be nice. Extra values would be interesting, but would take away from the intensity (IMHO, as a designer).

although a jizztorch would be pretty sweet. it makes up for the lack of usefulness in razing government buildings with the entertainment factor

on a related note, zazzle.com allows you to create and sell t shirts and posters and so on and keep a percentage of the royalties (determined by you), i havent made any RP stuff but i made an anti-mugabe/anti-zimbabwe shirt:
