Is it to be 58 or 59 Democrats in the Senate? Al Franken on Dec 19th was
200 to 250 votes ahead, and there still could be another upset in the results.
This is my LAST election 2008 poll. Any new polls will be after NEW YEARs and focused on either 2010 or 2012 let alone 2014 or 2016! It seems fitting to ask one and all who YOU ALL expect WILL win, not who you all would vote for! :D
should obama need insurance against a g.o.p gridlock sitiation or any over-riding
of a potus veto, he methinks wants as many Democrats in the Senate as possible!

I don't especially like either one of them, but I'll take Al Franken over that corrupt, neoconservative, Christian fundamentalist, stem cell research-suppressing, Drug War-waging, Eric Roberts-lookin' so-and-so Norm Coleman.

It would be cool to see them tie, so I will vote for that option. I wonder what they do when there is a tie in Minnesota.

What's wrong with "supressing" (by which I assume you mean not funding) stem cell research? Do you think it's just to steal money from the people and then use it toward what many consider morally questionable ends? Private research remains unaffected as far as I know.

I dislike Franken and hope he loses but I'm positive it won't make a dime's worth of difference either way.
