College education is a privilege, a handgun is a right, and access to the internet is a right, so he did get one right. Notice that the guy said access and not free access. People have a right to health care and the internet insofar as they have the right to seek access within the market system. If they can find someone willing to give them free care, great, but they certainly do not have the right to receive free care.

The rest of the answers depend on whether or not he was referring to access or free access.
