Everyone knows Olberman and O'reiley are at war. And olberman is pretty big. Maybe contact him saying that he can give Ron Paul a fair shake and send a message to O'Reilley. "See Bill...this is how you should treat a presidential candidate"

or something along those lines

Yeah, that's a good idea. The show's email address is countdown@msnbc.com if you want to contact them.

Very good idea. I think RP on Olberman would be incredible.

Ron Paul is the description of the man Olbermann sought in his rantings. If he does not champion Dr. Paul I will never forgive him.

I think Olbermann likes to be outraged but will never do anything about the problems as those very things give him his niche in the world.

Done. Does anybody know if he ever discussed RP on his show. If yes do you know if it's on YouTube?

To my knowledge, KO has avoided mentioning RP, ever.

He has been bombarded with emails in the past requesting that he have RP on and has done nothing.

I'm emailing him anyway.

But don't be surprised if KO continues to completely ignore RP. I think KO is a hack just as much as I think BO is a hack. Two sides of the same coin.

This statement is probably the closest to being fact. I sent one, just because, who knows, maybe he'll get the message. I agree though, his show is largely based around being the "other loud mouth" vs. O'Reilly. Peace and prosperity would be bad for his bizniz...

Keith Olbermann is very partisan and will not have a Republican, or anyone that disagrees with him, on. He pretends to care about the Constitution but in reality he only cares about it when it suits the Democrats.

Exactly, He sees the problem but his answer is that only democrats can solve it. All he wants is for them to look like heroes. He will never support Ron Paul, trust me.

I think you guys are being too cynical. We would have said the same thing before Paul was invited to appear on The Daily Show or Colbert Report too, but truth is a much more powerful force than partisanship, even in these troubled times. I'm sure Keith will eventually grant RP a fair and gracious interview, if not for any particular fondness for him, at least to get some monster ratings!

If Olbermann had any say as to who came on his show, I would agree with you. The fact is though, he doesnt. He takes his orders from corporate just like any other employee.

I agree, and this also shows Olbermann's dishonesty.
After the 2006 election he said he would give the democrats 6 months to turn things around with Iraq, and if they did not, he would be going after democrats on his show. Well, it's been 6 months and we are even deeper in Iraq.

And how could he not even MENTION Ron Paul?

Olbermann is a NWO stooge who will likely be back doing sports in 2009 if the elitists get their candidate in office, Hillary Clinton.

This is what I just sent him.

Neo-con hack and propagandist, Bill O'Liely, recently had Ron Paul as a "guest" on his show. In usual fashion, BO raved and frothed like a madman, rudely talking over Paul to prevent him from making even simple points.

Olberman - please have Ron on as a guest to counter what O'Liely has done to him. We want to hear this man talk to the American people, without being cut off or cut short for once!

Please Keith, I beg of you, have Ron on the show. America needs him.

So it's a little bit of groveling, but what the hell...

What did Oriley do to Ron?

Nothing.

I meant talking over him, not letting him finish sentences, thoughts, etc.

Yeah Olberman is a hardcore socialist liberal. But I emailed him anyway.

Yeah, he's sort of like Limbaugh in that respect -- never happier than when "Slick Willy" was prez.

Is there anyone higher up than Olbermann that we can contact that can maybe influence Keith to do this?
