Sometimes when I'm on this forum, I wonder if I'm just preaching to the choir......

While that's certainly not a bad thing, it suggests that us members of this forum would be of better use in places where the idea of individual liberty is not so popular.

This might be a weird question, but are there any statist-dominant forums anyone knows about, or places debate could be had with more diversified opinions?

Democratic Underground....

Check out the end result of my attempt to ask the question:

Complete list of poor nations that adopted gov't socialism & became prosperous? (http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_mesg&forum=114&topic_id=48745&mesg_id=48745)

Conza you are my hero. :) though I still disagree with you over morality being infused with government because it happened in the Jacksonian Age. Though I wish we could go back to government only protecting property rights. Its funny on that site you linked us you got called a libertarian...I'd call you a Jeffersonian myself. :)

 morality being infused with government? Not sure what you are talking about or referring too... sorry :( -> lol :)

I'm an anarcho-capitalist truely... but depending on the environment or positions of the people I am trying to convert, I present myself accordingly... if they are a statist, then I am a libertarian... if they are a libertarian.. then I am a minarchist... or anarcho-capitalist... :)

Join Facebook. Join large groups and applications. Start discussions and comment.

Facebook has actual real people, unlike most of the web.

You are wasting your time if you are debating. Reply to some topics once or twice and move on to new topics. Just provides links for them to research themselves. If the comments are interesting enough, they will read.

Stay away from Hannity's forum. You'd get banned in a few days without seriously watering down your views.

Is it ok to be simply a person of liberty and justice for all without the multitude of labels? I do not discount them, but I can't warp myself to fit into them. Oops.

Forums are good, But...

I'm experimenting with rebroadcasting patriot radio. I've been rebroadcasting free talk live, Alex Jones, Katherine Albrecht, and others on GCN. my transmitter only puts out about 8mW so the range is only about 1/2 mile at best. But it does cover the truck stops.

I'll tell folks on the CB to listen to 88.7 if they would like to get a real grasp on whats happening in the world. And a few will listen... some will say "that dudes f-ing nutz" refering to Alex of course, others will ask how to find these stations on the web. I think its working. A few new folks per truck stop are getting interested. However, I think I should make a big sign and place it on the hood of my truck advertising my station. --- Many drivers don't keep their CB's on-- so they wouldn't know to listen in.

Note: the FM-10 is not very stable, for best results you should install a crystal oscillator for stability and add a better band pass filter. Or simply bypass the FM-10 and get a FM-100B its ready to go. FM100B (http://www.ramseyelectronics.com/cgi-bin/commerce.exe?preadd=action&key=FM100B)

Great idea, but a site should be put up to find these independent radio stations. All you would need is a google map on the page and people could mark their station.

It wouldn't work as well as high-power radio, but if we all got these mini transmitters and broadcast the same program (say an internet radio program) it'd be like an ad hoc radio network.
