I'm trying to figure out how much money my state chips in to pay for the primary elections for the two major parties. I don't see why the state should pay for any of it, let alone close schools so that people can vote there.
I've brought this up to friends of mine who support both major parties and they don't like it either. Is this a sentiment we could utilize to get funding for primaries dropped and maybe fair up the elections a little?
