More undersea cables cut?

Some reports say that 3 of the 4 undersea internet cables that run from Asia to North America have been damaged.

Haha!!! I remember when this was all the rage around here and was considered a definite sign that we would be invading Iran in a matter of days. I think that was close to a year ago.

Again, damn. Probably to stem the progress the shoe thrower is gaining over there via the internet.

Or it could totally not be a coincidence that carefully placed and monitored, highly important cables undersea are getting old and snapping.
