"GM has had property that they purchased and polluted declared as a slum by the City of Mesa to get the city to pay for clean up, at which point they can build the property up luxuriously on the taxpayers dime. The City of Chandler is having difficulty making it's budget and laying off employees, and at the same time is purchasing a new Toyota Camry hybrid for the mayor to replace his four-year-old vehicle. We were fortunate to interview Valerie Bayham from the Institute for Justice to discuss free speech and an ongoing lawsuit in Florida to overturn a law that infringed on political speech for groups and individuals that aren't well-funded enough to comply with the expensive law. Maricopa County passes their $3 billion wish-list to the Federal Government like a child asking Santa Clause for a new video game. Hey, why not? It's the holidays!"
