Many people mull over the reasons that cause illegal immigration and I have noticed that generally almost everyone becomes enraged by the hypocritical sense of entitlement and demands made by this wave of lawbreakers. Of course the demands made by illegals are definitely something they are in pursuit of, but they create a more sinister obstacle designed to burden any opposition. The simple logic of the pro-invader/open borders lobby is to make extreme and monumental demands hoping not necessarily to achieve those demands, but to fall slightly short of them. I believe this comes from their inherent understanding of how Western Civilizations work and an exploitation of its flaws. Simply put, members of Western Civilization sovereign states have a tendency to react to any concept or idea with the assumption that the concept has been presented for the purpose of resolution. The idea that a thesis may be challenged until disproven or changed is par for the course in our society. The sole purpose of discourse is to achieve an answer. What drives this actually ends up being the critical flaw that illegal invaders exploit and manipulate. The other assumption is the intent of bringing up a concept by any party is to arrive at a solution. This assumption is how the invader movement exploits true discourse. They simply overload us (Western Civilization) with mounds of absurdities, massive entitlements, demands and concepts. It is well known that Americans especially, like to be known as negotiators and have a tendency to resolve situations in a sort of legal sense of the word. In fact, we are accountable for this because of how we treated Mexico after their “revolution.” Britian and France made very specific demands of compensation for all of the murders and destruction of property committed by the Mexicans during this period of peasant anarchy. They received them as the Mexicans knew that fighting a war against remote, understrengthed, not resupplied and unreinforced troops from Europe was one thing. Garnering the attention of colonial powers and their war capabilities was another. So the Mexicans paid up. The US on the other hand decided to “negotiate” our civilian losses and destroyed/confiscated property, making no demands of payment or consequence. This was probably the birth of Mexican entitlement with our country. Mexico has in place the same value system of reacting to authority as does countries like Syria, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Algeria, Lybia and many other middle eastern countries.
This simply comes back to sense of entitlement and what pushes it. The point I want to make is that the illegals and their handlers know without a doubt that they are breaking the law and acting as agents of foreign powers. This was clearly established in 1976 from the Supreme Court decision Mathews vs Diaz 1976.
Here is a quote from this decision that sets clearly the guidelines for illegal behavior in our country and their entitlements:
Neither the overnight visitor, the unfriendly agent of a foreign power, the resident diplomat, nor the illegal entrant, can advance even a colorable constitutional claim to a share in the bounty that a conscientious sovereign makes available to its own citizens and some of its guests.
I am guessing that this is so clear Bush and the global corp zealots are just seeing right thru it. This decision also mentions that the states cannot usurp federal immigration law or counter it (as NY currently has done). So with this in mind the violations of law, demands of amnesty and benefits by politicians have been in clear violation of this clause. The entitlement is a fictional creation designed to inspire these hateful hordes into a foaming frenzy. Just like the nazis did with their Atlantian theories, just like Mao did and just like Castro did…It hasn’t changed except for the fact that it is funded by some of the same corporate interests that run our media outlets.
