Bernanke said not enough was done in the 1930s. It would appear just about everything has been done now, but I expect things will get worse.

Bernanke seems so arrogant, that he would never admit defeat, no matter how badly things get. He's so blinded by his unyielding belief that he's right on the solution, he'd take the country down the drain without ever considering some other solution.

The sky could actually be falling and he'd say something stupid, like "we need to build stronger roofs."
